30-Day Return Window
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@metalcastingfurnace.com to request a return authorization.
- We will provide a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or full refund at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Used furnaces, consumable items (crucibles, flux, refractory materials), and items damaged due to improper use are non-returnable.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
